Public Safety Training Center

Search and Rescue is a 12 hour course designed to train firefighters on safe search practices to be utilized on the modern fire ground. Modern construction is influencing the way fires behave in the buildings and presents an ever changing danger to responders. Life safety is our number 1 priority in the fire service. Searching for lives in a dynamic fire operation is a dangerous endevour. Having the proper training, tools, and techniques at your disposal can reduce that risk to a managable level and make all the difference on a fire ground.

Pre-requisites: Firefighter 1, or Basic Fire Academy, 18 y/o+
