Public Safety Training Center

Burn Technician Training is a 3-hour class and hands-on skill session that prepares experienced firefighters to operate the props and facilitate the use of LCPSTC in support of students and instructors.

Pre-requisites:

• 21 years or older
• 3 years of firefighting experience beyond age 18
• Firefighter I and II
• Incident Safety Officer (class or certification)

Required equipment

• Structural firefighting PPE
• Note-taking supplies
